The Nebraska EPSCoR State Committee is a 17-member group, appointed by the governor, to oversee Nebraska EPSCoR’s mission. Approaching 2026, the State Committee had the following member changes:

- Justin Schroeder, Deputy Commissioner, Nebraska Department of Labor
- Eva Schubert, Professor, Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL)
- Josie Gatti Schafer, Director and Senior Research Associate, Center for Public Affairs Research, University of Nebraska at Omaha
